Our Story
Mae Dunne is a modern Mexican-American kitchen where tradition meets creativity, bringing people together over soulful flavors and memorable experiences.
Rooted in Heritage, Inspired by Life
Mae Dunne is more than a brunch restaurant—it’s a tribute to the traditions, stories, and gatherings that shaped us. Named after our great-great-grandmother, Mae Dunne, who lived a life bridging American and Mexican cultures, our story begins with her. She taught us to find joy in the little things: lingering conversations at the table, sharing homemade meals, and connecting with nature at dusk.
At Mae Dunne, we bring that same spirit to every dish we serve. We blend the home cooking traditions of our family with local Texas ingredients and refined culinary techniques to create a dining experience that feels both elevated and deeply personal
